Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and digital nature of our embroidery digitizing services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and work has begun or files have been delivered.

Each digitizing file is created specifically for your artwork and requirements. Because these files are custom-crafted, personalized, and delivered digitally, they cannot be "returned" once received — making all transactions non-refundable by nature.

Why We Have This Policy

Embroidery digitizing is a skilled, labor-intensive service. Once your artwork is submitted and digitizing work has begun:

  • Significant time and expertise have been invested in your custom file.
  • The resulting file is unique to your design and cannot be resold or reused.
  • Digital files cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can.

Our Commitment to Quality

We take great pride in the quality of our work. If you are not fully satisfied with your digitized file, we encourage you to contact us. We offer free revisions to ensure your file stitches out correctly and meets your expectations. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your completed file.

Revisions include adjustments to stitch density, underlay, pull compensation, or other technical corrections needed to ensure the file performs properly on your embroidery machine. Revisions do not include entirely new designs or changes to the original artwork submitted.

Before You Order

To ensure the best possible result, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Review your artwork carefully before submitting — we digitize exactly what you provide.
  • Confirm your required file format(s) and machine compatibility before ordering.
  • Double-check the design size and placement specifications in your order.
  • Reach out to us with any questions before purchasing — we are happy to help.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect specifications, sizes, or artwork submitted by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if digitizing work has not yet begun. Once work is in progress, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If work has not yet started on the duplicate order, we will issue a refund or store credit for the duplicate transaction.
