All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

8. Trademark & Copyright Compliance — No Unlicensed Artwork

We will not digitize any artwork, logo, design, or image that is trademarked, copyrighted, or otherwise protected by intellectual property law without verifiable written authorization from the rights holder.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Professional sports team logos and uniforms (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, NCAA, etc.)
• Entertainment and media characters, logos, and branding (Disney, Marvel, Warner Bros., etc.)
• Brand logos, trademarks, and registered marks belonging to third-party companies
• Music artist logos, band artwork, and tour merchandise designs
• Any design that is recognizably derived from a copyrighted or trademarked source

If you submit artwork that appears to be trademarked or copyrighted, we reserve the right to cancel and refuse your order without refund, as all sales are final. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and written authorizations before submitting artwork for digitizing.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original owner of the submitted artwork, OR
• You have obtained valid written permission from the intellectual property rights holder to have the artwork digitized and reproduced.

We assume no legal liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from artwork submitted by the customer. Any legal consequences arising from the unauthorized use of protected intellectual property are the sole responsibility of the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
