Complex & Large Design Embroidery Digitizing — Engineered for Precision

Got a detailed logo, jacket back, portrait, or intricate artwork that needs to stitch perfectly? Faro Embroidery specializes in complex and large-format embroidery digitizing — the designs that expose the difference between an expert digitizer and auto-software. Every file is manually engineered stitch by stitch and test-stitched on real fabric before delivery.

If your design has fine detail, multiple color layers, large stitch counts, photorealistic elements, or requires specialized techniques like gradient fills or mixed stitch types — this is the listing for you.

Why Choose Faro Embroidery for Complex Work?

  • Machine Sew-Out Tested — Every complex file is physically test-stitched on fabric before delivery. You receive sew-out proof photos with your order. Critical for high-stitch-count designs where thread tension, density, and sequencing must be verified before production runs.
  • 100% Manual Digitizing — No Auto-Software — Complex designs are where auto-digitizing fails. Every stitch path, underlay layer, density zone, and pull compensation is hand-mapped by an expert. The result is a file that runs cleanly on your machine without thread breaks, puckering, or misalignment.
  • US-Based Expert, Fort Lauderdale FL — You're working directly with a professional digitizer with deep technical knowledge of how complex designs behave on different fabrics and machines — not an offshore volume shop.
  • All Major Formats Delivered — DST, PES, JEF, VP3, EXP, HUS, XXX, EMB and more. Multiple formats provided on request at no extra charge.
  • Free Minor Revisions Included — Up to 2 minor edits at no charge. For complex designs, we work with you until the sew-out is right.
  • Handles High Stitch Counts — Designs from 8,000 to 50,000+ stitches handled with full stitch path optimization for efficient machine run time.

What to Send Us

Email your artwork to faroembroidery@gmail.com with your order number and the following:

  1. Design file — SVG or AI vector strongly preferred for complex work. High-res PNG or JPG (300 DPI minimum) also accepted. For portrait/photorealistic work, the higher the resolution the better.
  2. Finished size — Width × Height in inches (e.g. jacket back: 10" × 10")
  3. Placement — Jacket back, full front, oversized chest, etc.
  4. Machine format — Which embroidery machine format do you need? (DST, PES, JEF, etc.)
  5. Fabric type — Cotton, polyester, denim, fleece, nylon, leather, etc. Fabric type directly affects stitch density and underlay settings for complex work.
  6. Thread colors — Pantone references, Madeira/Isacord thread numbers, or a color reference image. For 10+ color designs, please number colors in priority order.
  7. Font details — If text is included, specify font name and style. For script or custom lettering, include a clean reference.
  8. Any special notes — Specific stitch style preferences, areas requiring extra detail, or production context (e.g. running on a Tajima industrial vs. home machine).

The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate your result. For portrait or photorealistic work, a brief on style and stitch interpretation preferences is very helpful.

How It Works

  1. Get a quote (optional but recommended for complex work) — Email your artwork to faroembroidery@gmail.com for a complexity confirmation and turnaround estimate before ordering.

  3. Send your artwork with all design details listed above.
  4. We manually digitize your design, engineering every stitch layer for your fabric and machine type.
  5. We test-stitch the file on real fabric and review the sew-out for quality before delivery.
  6. You receive your file via email with sew-out proof photos — production-ready and verified.
