What to Send Us

To get started, upload or email your artwork to faroembroidery@gmail.com along with your order number and the following details:

1. Design file — SVG or AI preferred. High-res PNG or JPG (300 DPI minimum) also accepted.
2. Finished size — Width in inches (standard left chest: 3.5" – 4.5")
3. Machine format — Which embroidery machine format do you need? (e.g. PES for Brother, DST for Tajima)
4. Fabric type — Cotton, polyester, denim, stretch, fleece, etc.
5. Font name — If your design includes text, please specify the font. If unsure, describe the style.
6. Thread colors — Pantone, thread brand/number, or a reference image is helpful but not required.

Higher resolution artwork = faster turnaround and better stitch results. Low-res files may require additional processing time.

Important Notes

• This listing is for a digital file service only. No physical embroidered item is included.
• Designs containing licensed trademarks, sports league logos, or copyrighted brand marks require written authorization from the rights holder before we can digitize them.
• Cancellations accepted within 1 hour of order placement. Work begins immediately after artwork is received.
• Major redesigns or significant changes beyond the original artwork are quoted separately.
